Health and Safety Management System

ONIX Group’s Health and Safety Management System is certified to AS/NZS4801:2001. This system consists of detailed policies and procedures which outline the responsibility, interrelation and authority of ONIX Group personnel who perform and verify work that has an impact on work health and safety related matters.
Our strict audit processes and documented management procedures ensure our team either meets or exceeds all work health and safety guidelines.
Onix Group has an internal department dedicated to the management of all Workers’ Compensation matters nationally. The Workers’ Compensations team works closely with our insurers to ensure that the best rehabilitation options are provided to our employees.
